Division IV – Cakes and Preserves

Class 66 – Disasters. Any interesting failures in classes 51 to 65 or for children, class 84.

Own recipe unless otherwise stated, where you must follow the recipe in this schedule.

All jars must be sealed, using waxed discs and cellophane covers (except Chutney)

Any items donated for auction must, by law, have a label attached stating the ingredients

 

Division V – Homemade Wines and Beers

Classes 67-69 - Wines may be made from fruit, flowers, vegetables or any commercial base.

Class 70 – State whether bitter, mild, stout etc

Classes 70 & 71A - Two exhibits are allowed per person

Bottles in this division will be opened and tasted.
